Obviously I don't know all of the details in this case, but from the responses that Disney has made, in addition to the fact that they probably have a lot of video from the actual breakdown, makes me think that Disney will be not be found responsible or guilty of whatever the prosecutors are claiming. Seems like Disney handled the situation to the best of their ability.

I am all for people being responsible for their actions if their actions caused others harm or distress to other that could have been avoided but this guy has taken it too far. What a waste of time and money for everyone. I hope Disney wins this one.

Agreed....and considering the past claims to issues....I really hope this gets dropped. Seriously ridiculous!!
