Yes, there is a new Beast, though it's not related to the movie, he looks more like the cartoon Beast than he did before. There have been other threads and photos posted. I'll try to find a link. No new Belle's.

I think Beast was just part of the overall costume revamp started a few years back. Belle was revamped in the last few years so not likely to see any change any time soon, just as Cinderella saw no revamp when her live action film came out.
