New Banking Rules posted 4/14/20?

I am reading people are seeing a new notification to read the banking rules posted 4/14/20. I can’t check at the moment, but can anyone dispute or verify such changes? And what they are?

Nothing on website, other than an update from TWDC and all others of Terms of Use of Disney products like websites, etc.

It is not specific to DVC at all. The same notice for reservations from March 31st still exists

On the member website. A friend of mine went to go bank points and said this notice was posted. It said to review new banking terms as of 4/14. Like I said, I cant get to the website at the moment.

Nothing like that coming up for me, even when I try to bank. Only what I posted above....which also showed up when I went to try and book a reservation. It made me confirm it again

I did notice the bit about not being able to join class action lawsuits and all disputes will be settled on to one, wonder if this has anything to do with the DVC disputes over Disney David's ??

When I went to check availability I got the message “Please review our Terms of Use, which changed in the United States and Canada on April 14, 2020.”

Yes. So what was changed? Maybe just the disclosure previously posted about class action law suits?

I don't know but it also shows up on the regular WDW site, so it has nothing do with DVC specifically.

yes that is what I see also.

It's on all the Disney family websites, so even ESPN-dot-com has the notice about 4/14 as well.

Because posters on another thread are talking about a class action lawsuit, it seems a lot of DVC owners arn't aware DVC and Disney are two separate entities.
