Help I have been learing as I go I am tring to get points now my question is if I need like 270 can I get some here and there or just off one person? I can't seem to get anyone to answer this question? Please help? And why can I rent a place threw disney but vacation club cant get the same room? thank you all

I'm slightly confused as to what you are asking. Would you like to rent points from a Disney Vacation Club member to stay in one of the Vacation Club resorts? This allows you to rent a studio, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom or grand villa. If so you will need to go the the DVC forums, instead of this forum. You could get points (really you are renting a reservation) from a number of members, but that would cause some difficulty and it would be best to find one member to rent from. When you work with a DVC member you are renting the reservation from them and it is completely in their control until the minute you check in.

You can stay at any Disney Resort. However, cash reservations are different than getting a reservation with DVC points. If you are interested in understanding the difference there is more information explaining this on the DVC forums.
