New at Pleasure Island

The DJ has been moved from the location next to Raglan Road to above the cantina at the old Comedy Warehouse.

What's nice about this change is that there is a lot more room for people to dance and have a blast! Tonight there were people dancing all over from the Comedy Warehouse to B.E.T.

There are new monitors set up all around the area that play music videos.

I don't know if this change is temporary but this is bringing back some of the fun at PI.

I was at Downtown Disney last Monday night and saw a DJ near Once Upon a Toy. It was a nice way to liven things up a bit, but made me cringe. They could have avoided having all of these problems getting people there if they left things the way they were. Sheesh.

I just found out tonight that they are calling the area "Celebration Plaza". It's a little like when the West End Stage was in Pleasure Island.

The music they are playing is all high intensity "fun" music. Kinda wants to make you start dancing.
