New AP rate rules??

What have you heard/read? Do you/Can you believe what Disney is doing? What little I have read

I am utterly confused. Why would they purposely hurt their bread and butter, AP holders? Can anyone make heads or tails of what their trying to do with this??

It's all my fault! I was one day away from purchasing AP's (after a month of researching) then BOOM.....Changed my mind!
