new AP and late arrival question

Hi folks,

I'm sure this has probably been answered before, but I don't seem to be searching well....

Our current AP's have expired, we will be buying new AP's at WDW this January. We arrive very late at night on January 11th (flight lands at 11:00pm). Disney has released AP rates for this time period, but will I be able to use it? If it helps, I can get the "voucher" for the AP's before we go, but there isn't any way I know of to exchange that for a "real" AP before we check in.

Am I just out of luck on the AP rate? That seems rather unfair since I am perfectly happy to pay for the AP before I get there (voucher). This isn't a case of someone without an AP trying to get the rate - it's just that WDW doesn't have a way for me to get my new AP before checkin since they don't sell them at the resorts....

Book with the AP rate. They only need to see an AP when you check in.

I was able to check in with just my voucher last year, and I'll be doing it again in February, as our plane doesn't land until 10:00 P.M. I had no problems before; hopefully I won't this time either!

jarrdisney - the check in is my concern - I'll be checking in around midnight or a little after on the 11th (flight get's in abut 11pm) (or I guess you could call it VERY early on the 12th). There isn't any way that I know of to get an AP (exchange voucher or purchase direct) at that time of night. I won't be able to get the actual AP until I get to a park later the morning of the 12th.

jakenjess - thank you! I guess I'll go ahead and get the voucher (I usually just buy the AP when I get there) and cross my fingers there isn't a problem.
