New annual passholder - quick ? HELP!!!

Mod - please move to appropriate forum if necessary - not sure where else to put this one!

I've just received my exchange card in the mail (yes - thankyou disers - I bought before the price increase!) and I thought I would log in to the disney site to see what is listed there for passholders. There are three cards showing for you to fill in you numbers. I think mine is the middle card - so I tried to log in there. It's asking me for a 5digit number - my card has 6! I've tried a few variations and can't seem to figure this one out!

Help if you can!!

PS - I did try emailing my query to there customer service email thread and even that didn't seem to work. Maybe the system is being worked on right now. . .

Hi mickeywho?.....I also just received my exchange certificates, so, I checked mine. Mine certificates seem to be the bottom sample shown and I used the info on the top of the card .....the date (only difference the year is two digits not four as shown in sample) then there are 3 letters and 3 numbers .....I used both in the spaces provided. Then, there are two sets of 4 digit numbers....initially I tried the first 4 digits......that didn't work and then I tried the second set and that worked. You also need to make sure you have your name in the blanks provided at top of the passholder page. Hope you can get in.........

Okay - so I'm going a little loonie now!
My card reads:
NDV!!! MMDDYYYY WDW 002 TR 123 456
I've tried entering all sorts of variations and nothing is working.
What I've entered:
MMDDYY WDW 002 TR 12345 (and all variations of that number)
Is it just me or is something really wrong with their site? Can someone else check and see if this is a problem with everyone???

I was almost going to have to post to ask for the same type of assistance, and then I figured it out.

If you ordered more than one card, be sure you have the card connected with your name. ie, I placed the order, so the cards came addressed to me and the first card is connected with my name.

My card looks like Option #3 (all the info is at the very top of the card), but if yours matches Option #2, fill in those boxes.

The last numbers on my card consists of two sets of 4 numbers. The last 4 numbers are the ones to put in the final log-in box (I only figured this out by looking at DH's card and noticed that the first set of four #'s is the same on both our cards, but the second set of 4 numbers is different --- ie, mine is 1234 and his is 1235.)

So, I logged in with my name at the top of the page, selected option #3, and filled in the boxes with: 08 04 06 WDW: 002 1234

I didn't go to the site, so don't remember what Option #2 looked like, but I'm hoping the process is similar. The instructions said the last box could be 3-5 digits long. Mine was 4 digits and you're describing yours as 3 digits. Good luck!

Thanks for all your help. I've done your suggestions - even reentering my info in the 3rd sample - and I'm still unable to log in.
Can someone please check and see if this feature is currently down? That would certainly explain everything!

Okay so it's figured out! I had to reset my browser to accept cookie "always" rather than only from site that I had logged on to. A techy thing!
