About 3 weeks ago, I found out about this forum and the book called "The unofficial guide to Walt Disney World." I gotta say, between that book and this forum, my wife and I have learned a lot. I did not know there was so much to plan. Thank god I discovered this forum. We plan on hopefully going to Disney World on May 2008, and plan to stay at Port Orleans Riverside. It will be our first time ever for us and for our two children.

I also have a question regarding acronyms. I have seen some people refer to their spouses with 2 or three letter words. Is there a guide to the acronyms for this forum. Thank you.

I just wanted to add that since I live in Arizona, I have been to Disneyland/California Adventure several times, but never to Disneyworld.

Also, I might get a good deal by buying my tickets/airfare through the Military Welfare Morale center. I'll update this info for those who are military.

The acronyms are general to forums. It's always D__ (H for husband, SIL for Sister-in-law, etc.). It typically means "Dear", but around these parts, most refer to them as "Disney".
