New and in need of advice....please!

Hi All

ETA: Please see below for my ADR plan and offer any advice you may have! Thanks!!

Dh, myself and my two boys (3&5) are heading to the World next May.

We have rented points and are staying at the Beach Club.

I am trying to figure out our ADVs but need to know where to find park hours?? I have googled with no luck...is this info available yet? If not, when will it be?

The May 2012 park hours are not out yet. They won't be out until November 1st.

6th - Hotel and AK, dinner at O'Hana
7th - Epcot, lunch at Le Cellier
8th - MK, lunch at Royal Table
9th - resort and DTD, Mama Melrose Fantasmic Dinner package
10th - MK, Dessert party at MK, need a place to eat dinner or late lunch
11th - DHS, B'fast at Hollywood and Vine, Dinner at Coral Reef
12th - Depart

Am I missing any good restaurants? How does my overall plan look?

Where should I watch Illuminations from?

Looks pretty good. We prefer Akershus at Norway in Epcot to Royal Table, but that's just us. Are you looking for a quick service or table service on the 10th?

Just a thought....you might get more ADR advice if you post this over at the Disney Restaurant category.

We like watching Illuminations from Mexico, but it seems like most everywhere is a "good" spot, though I suspect some others will not agree with me!

Are you using a park ticket just to see Fantasmic? Maybe try seeing fantasmic another night and eat at DTD that night instead so you won't use a park day just for dinner and Fantasmic. Just a thought.

I think the best place to watch Illuminations is at Rose & Crown. We had an ADR there this year to watch Illum. and we sat out on the Patio Illum. was right in front of us. One of our best nights!! It was awesome.
