I posted this on the "debate" thread too: Does anyone know if at a resort's opening in the past if they were included in the AP discounts? I'm just wondering for Pop Century.

WE don't go until next August, but I figure I may as well be on the watch and see how it goes, but I have to admit, I have been checking out the Swan and Dolphin out alot closer and I may book it now just in case nothing lese comes out by way of AP rates or codes for anyone. Right now I can get a standard for 162.00 at the Swan, which is decent to me, I can afford rack rates but I won't pay them, only because I do not think the rooms are anywhere near worth their rack rates. It's the principal. My plan is still BC/BWI, but my back up is Swan.

Good point Debbart. We all have our reasons for looking at this thread - let's keep the debates on the debate board. I am anxiously awaiting December rates.

Maybe more of us should be calling though? If they get tired of the same question over and over, maybe they will at least make a decision on way or the other??? Maybe we should take turns calling every hour or someting??

Inundating the reservations CM's with calls would be unfair to the CM's. These decisions are made by upper management,who will make the decisions based on economics,not whether or not the CM's are getting alot of inquiries about AP rates.
