New American Girl Historical Doll.....

Does anybody know when Julie, the 70's historical doll is going to be released? I have heard August and I have heard Fall. My DD wants Josefina for an upcoming gift, but I wish she could see Julie first, in case she likes her better. Not that I buy Josefina and then she decides she likes the new girl better! She knows I won't buy her two dolls, too expensive, so she informed me that she would just ask Santa for Julie if she likes her better, because then I wouldn't have to pay for it!! Lucky me!!

It's really kinda scary to think that a doll from the 1970s is now considered "historical"!!!

But I've seen photos of Julie and she looks kinda cool (or is that supposed to be "groovy").
