My wife and I decided years ago that we would never be able to do TAR. One of us would kill the other one by leg 2. It would make for great TV, though.

We just finished the season and it's my first check-in on this thread. I presume we're going "no spoilers"? I was disappointed. I wanted the second place team to win. They weren't my original "team" but they really grew on me over the last few legs. Alas, my favorites usually wash out less than half-way through and did so again this time.
lol I was thinking about TAR on Sunday, H and I had to navigate walking less than a mile from a restaurant to the back bay train station in Boston, I was ready to just call an uber! Him drinking about 4 pints of IPA in a couple of hours probably didn’t help (and I was clearly annoyed at the situation and being a total Jonathon).
I agree, that was definitely cringeworthy. These days, it's now more about the teams begging people on the street to use their phone. Honestly, to me that goes against the spirit of the 'no phone' rule.
I'm so late but we just finished up watching it having gotten super far behind while preparing for our cruise that was March/April and then took a bit to finish up as we caught up on other shows.
It was really cool to see Porto, Portugal as we had just been there on our cruise. We walked the San Luis bridge too
I was delighted with who won as I enjoyed seeing them get so excited by all the stuff they got to do especially the knight challenge.
I was also happy for the 2nd place.
Jonathan was awful please never let him be on tv again
