Okay having a trained chef their we all don't like we rather have a so outer and a cm that fine.

I would rotate the chefs each restaurant would have to send a chef their at least once a week.

It was just an idea that it now where dose it say they put a chef their just cms their to sell products and answer questions.

The computer system seems to be spreading with a few resorts using it as well and it's really not helpful. I was thinking about trying BOG but I have to have a full ingredient list because I'm allergic to beans and there are numerous bean ingredients to watch for. SO it sounds like you can still request a chef? As long as you know French

1. The implementation of the BOG computer system allowed for lethal mistakes. Someone knowledgeable about food allergies did not oversee the "ingredients" for the meals or was asleep on the job. The description of a meal was the same as the ingredients meaning that "juice of whatnot" in FRENCH was listed as an ingredient when in reality none can be expected to know French and the juice had multiple ingredients to my recollection.

We have not had a problem speaking with a chef at BOG.
