New afternoon magic kingdom parade?

I've read that the afternoon magic kingdom parade is finishing up this winter. Has anyone heard if a new afternoon parade will take its place and if so, when will it begin? I thought I read something about a fantasyland parade? Will the new parade have the same route as before? Going for spring break and my kids won't make it up for the evening parade and fireworks so I was hoping to catch an afternoon parade. Thanks.

The new parade is called "Disney's Festival of Fantasy Parade". I don't think an exact date has been given, but it's meant to start in Spring 2014

We were just there in December and the parade started on Main street!! I should have asked which end

I blame the DISBoards app. I tend to shorten my responses because it's a pain to deal with.

I thought the important info was that it steps off in Frontierland, not Main Street anyways. Opposite of the old Celebrate a Dream Come True parade. Figure that'll throw off people.
