New ADR Policy!

Thanks to everyone that makes this message board possible. Was able to book all my ADR's for the whole trip in one day instead of having t oget up early every day for the next week, starting tomorrow. Only dissapointment. . . . NO CRT for us! All booked ALREADY for breakfast 01/28! Bummer. At least I would have had a "fair" chance on Sunday. . . . BUT, at least I didn't have to wake up early and call to find out I was way late. THANK YOU!

Calm Down............ What I'm talking about it is, that the 90+10 system USED to be that 90 days PRIOR to your arrival you could call and make up to 10 ADR's.

YOU said,
Yes!! onsite will still get to book all 10 days worth on their first day. So now it's 180 +10!
which I took to mean, that you were saying you could call on your first day of arrival? IF that is not what you meant, sorry, but that is how I read it. I'm just trying to point out, that YES, you can NOW call 180 days PRIOR to arrival, and make 10 ADR's.

Actually the 90 + 10 program is for anyone staying onsite. Which meant that at the 90 day mark ( 90 days PRIOR to arrival) you could call and make up to 10 ADR's. AS of today, that has changed and you can now call and make ADR's as far out as 180 days. I just called and made mine. I'd NOT wait until I arrived to make my ADR's. There is a chance you'd get some of what you want, but more likely not. I think you were misunderstanding of the 90+10 system. Hope this helps.

That doesn't make any sense. Anyone can call 90 days in advance and make 10 ADRs. It wouldn't matter whether you're staying on site or off site. In fact, anyone could call 90 days in advance and make 100 ADRs.

My understanding, based on many reports here and elsewhere, is that before today, as a perk for onsite guests, you could call 90 days in advance of your check in date, and make ADRs for your entire stay, so long as it is not more than 10 days, which essentially meant you could make ADRs for up to 100 days before the actual date of arrival. My question now is whether you get up to 190.

No need to calm down, thanks. Maybe take your own advice and read more carefully in the future. I answered his question which was is this new policy now 180 +10 like it was 90 +10, and YES, it is. Enough said.

Well, I guess my "not making any sense" is because I'm stating what a CM told me TODAY!!!! IF I'm wrong, SORRY. I'm only stating what I was told and actually, what I've read here many times.

From now on, I'll keep any info to myself!!!

Cleary you need to take a step back and CALM DOWN. I did read it correctly, perhaps you just don't know how to state things properly. Why don't you re-read what you wrote.

So am I (stating what a CM said). The new policy is 180 days plus 10 which means at 180 days you (onsite guests) can book up to 10 days worth at 180 days out of your arrival date. Just as it was at 90 days for onsite guests so I'm not sure where our misunderstanding lies?? :confused3

:rotfl2: Testy aren't you? Maybe you need some extra pixie dust or I guess you just like to argue.

I guess I need to make it clearer for someone like you...

"Yes!! onsite will still get to book all 10 days worth on their first day. So now it's 180 +10!" means onsite guests will still get to book all 10 days worth of ADRs on their first day, which is 180 days out, so now it's 180 + 10...sorry if my abbreviated sentence confused you so much but the info is accurate.

We are both saying the exact same thing. AS stated I apparently misunderstood what you wrote.
Yes!! onsite will still get to book all 10 days worth on their first day. So now it's 180 +10!

Again, I thought you were meaning that you could call on "your first day" meaning the first day of arrival. I NOW know that is not what you meant. AGAIN, Sorry.

AND, I was also under the impression that the 90+10 system, which is now the 180+10 system, was for resort guest. I didn't think it was for ANYONE as the OP stated. AGAIN, if I'm wrong, Sorry.

I pass along info only to help others, I pass along what a CM tells me firsthand, or I've seen posted here. I'm not here to cause grief or pass along misinformation. I just thought that perhaps the 90+10 system was being misunderstood, and I was trying to help................. Sorry. I won't offer any more "info", it's clearly not worth it to try to help someone who may not know something.

You got it! And unlike stated previously by wendypooh, I imagine it is for 10 days of ADRs, and not 10 actual ADRs pirate:

Well, we are saying the same thing but you were telling me I was wrong so I wanted to find out what was wrong with what I said...that's all.

He asked about 90 + 10 for onsite guests and I answered his question, which is yes, it's now 180 + 10 for onsite guests.

Good grief........... tell ya what, you guys who are the "experts" keep on giving out the info............ cause clearly if someone says anything here that is disagreeable in any way, they are treated like they have committed a mortal sin.......... my goodness........... I hope you all get the ADR's you want and choke on them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

YEP, in much need of some pixie dust......... not finding ANY here anywhere!!!

ah shucks, I thought we were starting to calm down in our last two posts to each other. It was a misunderstanding. You thought I said something wrong in my answer, I thought I didn't. Now we are in agreement so what's with the attitude? I don't get it.

A wise man once said "can't we all just get along?" Oh wait a minute that was a criminal who got the beating he deserved. Have a nice weekend all. Kisses, hugs and pixie dust to all.

beattyfamily, I actually said, I THINK what you were saying was wrong. I appreciate the clarification, however, I do not appreciate the "attack". MY gosh, if I'm wrong, fine, say so.......... but, geez, it was a little harsh......... now everyone has jumped on the wagon.......... whatever........

SORRY I'll just keep my mouth shut from now on!!!!

I didn't attack you. Show me where?? You said you thought what I wrote was wrong, I defended what I said as correct. How is that an attack? How have I been harsh? You started this by telling me you thought I was wrong and then you told me to calm down, and ended your post with GEEZ...I think telling me to calm down is where it went down hill, but that's just my opinion. Who else has jumped on the bandwagon??

Whatever is right. I'm done. Have a magical day everyone...carry on.

Well Thanks Cheryl!!!

Look, I'm sorry if I sound "grumpy", but geez, my intent was too only help, and pass on what I was told this morning. Then it seemed like everyone was "letting me have it". I don't need that!!!

SO.......... again, sorry if I "upset" anyone............... here, :wizard:

can we move on now???
