New 3pm Parade

I know the parade does not debut until March 9 but when I check the schedule it says call for Availability, does that mean it could have a soft opening?

The target date had been the 16th and the last overnight dress rehearsal is scheduled for the 7th...the 9th is the earliest day the parade can run.
