New 2012 FD bounceback offer in room today

Came back to our room today at the GF to a new bounceback flyer left by mousekeeping.

Free dining between 19th Aug and 27th Sept 2012 at AKL, WL, OKW and SS.

Must stay 5 nights and purchase a 5 day MYW ticket

Well, that's interesting. Question, though, does it actually say "must stay 5 nights and purchase a 5 day MYW ticket" or is that just the example they give on pricing (that's the way they usually do it...they give an example of the cost for a family of 4 staying 5 nights, etc.)

Also does it specifically say it is limited to AKL, WL, OKW and SS or does it say somewhere on there that other resorts may be available. Again, previous years' bounceback cards gave specific resorts as the example but said something like call for availability at other resorts.

When I checked into my room on the 19th of August I had the older clock in my room for the December discounts at 40% off. apparently I got the wrong clock as this one had expired and they wanted to book me under the NEW promootion of free dining next Aug. NOPE! I want the 40% off room rate...30 minutes later on hold I got it....I don't think the new offer is such a bargain at all...

1) What are the actual dates, can anyone confirm? or better still confirm what the full flyer says

2) How long do the bouncebacks deals usually go on for?, I am going in Oct, if this doesn't become a general public offer what's the chances of it being available end Oct?

Made a phone call from my Disney resort 2 days ago to inquire about 35% off room deal for 2012, and was surprised to hear that FREE DINING is the current bounceback offer! The dates are August 17th, 2012 through September 25th, 2012. I don't know the minimum number of nights that are required, as we happily booked 8 nights! However, I do know you must purchase a minimum 2 day park ticket. Value resorts receive quick service dining for free with the chance to upgrade to the table service dining plan. I tried to book the new Art of Animation resort with this offer, but only the suites were available for booking at this time. A standard room was not available.

Argh!!!! I'm getting frustrated b/c I now have seen 3 different END dates for the Aug-Sept. FD!

First I saw it was ending on Sept. 29th (but this was the Canadian offer, so thought it might not be the same for US)

but then in this thread the 27th AND the 25th of Sept. are stated as the end dates! Anyone have the actual Bounceback in their hands and can confirm? I know that it doesn't necessarily reflect the actual FD dates for Aug-Sept dates, but it would give me a better idea.

I called to verify the bounce back this evening. It is currently tiered Free Dining, August 17 to September 27, 2012. Must book by September 29, 2011...which coincidentally is the day arrive for our trip this year!

It's the one time of year that they always offer free dining. Wonder if by making it a bounceback offer, they intend to eliminate the general public offer for free dining for September 2012. (It is currently part of the gp offer for Canadians, but has been held back from the US general public offer)

My guess is that they're trying to book people early for that and hope it eliminates the need to offer it GP. But I honestly don't see it happening. If they have it for later in the year when we get there in December, I'll think about it, but otherwise that doesn't do me much good. There's a reason less people go then.
