So I did a search but did find a clear answer, perhaps someone could explain what a Disney FastPass Special Exchange Ticket is to me? Perty please?

Not quite clear what you are looking for. Do you mean the special FP that is being offered instead of the free 1 day ticket for the "Give a Day, Get a Day" Disney Parks promo?

yes, that was what I meant. I searched again and found some good threads from earlier this month that explained it for me. I wasn't sure how the special fastpass worked and I was trying to help my sister get it figured out before her trip.
