HI. I have a ten year old son, who I am afraid will be to old to enjoy this...does anyone have experience with leaving a child this age in the Neverland Club?

Does he like video games? If so, I think he'll have a great time!

My ds' last visit to the Neverland Club was when he was 11 (he'd been going since he was 5). He enjoyed it as much -- if not more -- than when he was younger. He said they had good food, good movies, and really fun video games. ;) He was so bummed when he found out he was now too old to ever go back!! He misses his special "night out" at WDW!!

DS went at 9 1/2 and wasn't wild about it, said it was just OK. Most of the kids there that evening were younger girls so he really didn't have anyone to hang around with (can't blame Neverland for that, and when I asked earlier about the age of who was registered that night they couldn't/wouldn't tell me which I understand). He did comment that the console games they had were older versions which is a big deal for kids this age. This was 18 months ago so I suspect new ones have been added by this time. DS has been to these type places at other resorts when he was younger and loved them, so some of this might also be early onset of the dreaded "tween" age! I wouldn't discourage you from taking your child as YMMV and I've read many other reviews for kids this age who loved it.
