Never Recieved my DV Rewards?

I applyed online threw the Disney websight 25.00 free Disney dream Awards we made are first purchase and recieved our points for the purchase but my 25.00 hasn't shown up. Do I need to call and let someone know? Thanks KELLY
I want my 25.00 so I can order my card. I don't think I will get the card if not. We Booked the 7 for 5 but we are only 2 adults staying at CBR. No way that is going to get me enough points and the only bill I can pay with DV is a Cell Phone Bill. And I leave in September.

I have made three phone calls, and I still haven't received my $25 reward dollars. The last customer service rep. assured me they will be on my credit card within two weeks. We leave for Disney in less than a month, so needless to say I am very unhappy with the Disney visa card. I won't be using it again after my trip.

I applied back in early April and have had three statements since them..May, June, and July. Still a no show. I've called a half dozen times and have been told the same thing...that they've put the request through to the vendor. Whatever the heck that means!

Did you try checking online? I haven't seen mine posted yet either but people have posted that they check online and then call as soon as it appears.

I have never seen my bonus dollars for $500 purchases. I am putting this card away (its po) and using my CharterOne Debit Card which I can get MC gift cards or a 5 day hopper as a reward. Very disappointed with DV...They are loosing out on a lot of business with me (and many others) that are fed up already.

I called and was told by Disney Visa that you get your $25 after your first purchase AND after your card hs been open for 8 weeks.

We are having the same problem with DV. My dh has called at least twice and we have had the card a few months. I show the rewards we have for the purchases we have made but not the $25. I think he is going to call again today. I told him to tell them we are going to Disney soon and we need those rewards. He said if that doesn't work he is going to threaten to cancel the card.

I have made many purchases and have had the card for more than 8 weeks (at least 12!). There seems to be a different story every time I call. I will be throwing the card away as soon as I get my rewards and using Discover again!!

I'm glad it's not just me. If the run a promtion they should honor what you signed up for. I hate to see the people with the 50.00 rewrds will be very upset. Thanks for the heads up. KELLY

We did the $50 offer in May, and the $50 credit showed up on the first bill with no problem.

I think all of us who had the $25 offer and have had such a hassle deserve a $50 credit for our troubles!!

not only did we not get out 25 dollar reward, we did not get the 50 dollar on board credit for the cruise and we paid for the entire cruise on that card. now they cant seem to find our reward card for our purchases 232.00 dollars worth, thay said they sent it ??? then after a month said they would cancel it and issue a new one still no card!!!!!
