Never received tickets for MNSHP

I am freaking out just a bit. I called Disney yesterday to modify some priority seating etc. and to try and find out when we should be receiving our tickets for MNSHP. I was told they were issued 7 day after we purchased them which was about a month ago. We NEVER got them. I went through every piece of mail we have in our house and they are not here. I don't know what to do. I called our travel agent and she stated that they may have been sent to the resort for our pick up when we arrive. Has this ever happened to anyone else????

This happened to us last year. We live kind of out in the country, sorta, and our mail is not the best!
Anyway, I called disney, and they reissued them, no problem..
Call them, it will be ok

We ordered our tix for MNSSHP yyesterday and were told that they will be at "Will Call" in the Magic Kingdom. I believe this is at City Hall. We were told to pick them up anytime before the party. Are you sure the tix were to be mailed? Call and check it out. Nothing worse than worrying and driving yourself crazy. Good Luck!!
