Never received PIN???

We got our IDs for the new website a week or so ago - but never received our PINS - anyone else? I'm dying to see the new site!

I'm sorry you haven't received your PIN yet, but rest assured there is nothing terribly special (yet) about the new site, so you're not missing anything right now. It is basically a reformatted version of the old site. That, of course, will change as new features are added.

We hadn't received either our IDs or PINs so my DH called Member Services Tuesday morning. He was given the IDs for each of us and also received his PIN. I had to call Member Services to get my PIN.

I havn't received a pin either. I called Member Services and got it. However, I am having trouble registering. I will try again after lunch and call MS if I can't get in.

I am now able to get into the new "Members Only" area.

If you have not received a PIN, call Member Services. It will only take a couple of minutes to get your PIN.
