Never rec'd my ID Cards nor Handbooks!

Bought and received the deed to our DVC (Beachclub) about 2 months ago.
Already have my membership number (called and got it) and made ressies for December. Received the postcard with ID number for the DVC website.
Then it hit me.............have yet to receive the Membership Handbooks nor our ID Cards!! I called today, requested they be sent to me since I've not rec'd them and the rep. when done, said, "Hopefully you'll get them this time!"
Told him there'll be no 'hopefully' if I receive my membership cards, I better receive them this time!

I haven't received my ID cards either. I bought through resale in January.

I guess I'll have to call too.

I'm trying to remember the exact timing, but I think we closed just about a month ago. We got our handbook a week or so later, and got our ID cards today. I thought it was all pretty fast - faster than I was led to expect.

You aren't supposed to get the deed for about 2 months after the closing, so don't panic yet if it hasn't been that long, goofeydec.

Same here.....we closed on March 30, with points in the system around April 12.....just received cards yesterday.

I also received the deed about a week ago.
