We have used Undercover Tourist several times over the years and we've never had an issue with any of the tickets we're bought through them!

Yeah, I keep telling her that but ya know.....

The fax number can't be published publically as they could be spammed on their fax machine or sent faxes without enough information to help the guest. She needs to call 407-224-4233 and choose option 2 to speak to a GS coordinator. They will get the info from her and then give her the number to fax the tickets to.
