I'm sorry, I'm sure this question must have been addressed, but I've tried to search and can't find the answer. I know VMK Central is closed in WDW and that no in-park quests are available but, are there still VMK cards available with purchases from certain stores, like the Penny Press from the candy store? Thank you for your help!
