Never got Castaway Club info

We cruised on the Wonder in October of last year, and never received anything about Castaway Club upon our return. We booked the cruise through DU. Anyone know if I could still look into this? I will soon be booking our next cruise so I guess I will need the card to get the perks. Thanks for any help you can give me!

You can definitely look into it. You don't necessarily need the card, DCL will have your name on file. I would call DCL and ask for the card though anyway, it will also have your number on it. Then DU can include the number and you won't have any problems getting your perks.

I also never received anything. I did call the Castaway Club number and they gave me my numbers and said that I should received my cards in 4-6 weeks. That was in February and still nothing. As long as I'm in the system, I'm not going to worry about it.

I called the number and it turned out they had our mailing address wrong. Thank you all for your help!
