Never ever a PIN Code

I just have to say I am just so pissed! I have ordered the DVD vacation planner, Signed up for Disney movie rewards, been to Disney 2 times a year and I have never gotten a single email PIN code.

I get my invoice for my vacation but that is it.

Rant over and congrats to all who are getting the 7 codes out right now.

Thanks! I was excited to get my code, but even without it, I look forward to going to WDW. They have great offers for people without the code, and a trip to WDW is always special!

I don't know if this IS the reason why, but last night after seeing so many getting them (and me NOT getting them) I went to the Disney site, logged in, then quoted a vacation and saved it in my offers. I got a pin about two hours later. Could be coincidence, but I like to think it helped.

I really hope you get one.

I will go in with a new vacation plan and email to see if anything happens. I have put them in safe list and have done everything.

Once I got a postcard for Disneyland. So I put the post card and wrote a letter sending it back and asking for world offers. Still nothing!

We have been going to WDW every year since 2004. I have and continue to sign up for everything Disney online and had never received a pin code until this year. So far in 2009 we've gotten atleast 3 different pin codes! Why have we been overloaded with them now...? I have no idea. Even when we already had our September trip booked using one of those pin codes, we still just got the most recent pin code regarding free dining in Oct/Nov! Would love to use it, but couldn't go back down for another trip so soon.

So I guess what I'm trying to say is hang in there. You just never know when one might show up. Watch now, we probably won't get another code for years!!

We NEVER got codes...and now I've just gotten my 2nd one. I'm booked through a TA, but earlier this year I booked over the phone with WDW a trip for our dates. When i didn't get a code and almost lost my job I decided to cancel and rebook if needed. I almost wonder if that is why we have been getting codes. I also opened an email and entered my maiden name because people were saying they were able to use codes that were sent that way...even when they've been married a ba-jillion years. So I have an account with them under my maiden name at my dad's address (used a hotmail account), an account with my DH's name at his parents house (used his email address) and then the account we book under, which is my married name at my address.

Good luck. It will come.

I signed up DD for the vacation DVD and also did a save trip. So far nothing. I am just mad!!!!

I finally got my first PIN a few weeks ago. I can't use it though because it'w for this summer and we already have a beach vacation paid for. I can't afford another trip that soon. I almost cried. Really. I have always wanted to stay onsite but I just can't afford it without a great deal. Maybe another time.

Don't feel bad . . .we never, EVER, get a pin code or postcards, emails, etc . . .we've been going yearly (sometimes twice a year) since 1999

While it would be wonderful to receive one, I never really get my hopes up at all . . .we've been lucky to get the general codes, bouncebacks and some great rates with our AP's . . .now that our AP's will be expiring, looks like no discounts for us unless a general public code comes out for our November trip. . .

But, on the same train of thought . . .I do get jealous to see others getting pin codes left and right . .

Ok Dis moms and dads, if you are one of those familys who never get a code, try this.......
I was told, by a disney member that you need to register at the Disney World site at disneyworld.disney.go.com. In the upper left corner under the Walt Disney World name you will see (in small print) login or register. Click register and follow the instructions. Make sure you check the boxes (2) to receive special offers by mail and email and your set!! The special offers you receive usually are based on what time of year you select as your favorite. (HINT: you can update this and change it often )
Pretty soon, you'll be on your way to getting all those awsome offers!!!!
