Rant:
Arrived at MCO and am an express member - went to garage and there is a sign saying that you have to check in at counter. I gave been waiting in the line for car rental for 40 minutes now and still have 7 people in front of me. There are only 2 agents at the counter. Never again!!!!!’
An Update: After I finally get the car, stopped at Speedway by the Boardwalk Inn for a few items and when I started the car a service park brake message came and the parking brake got stuck - I mean I couldn’t go forward or in reverse. Checked the owners manual to see if there was a remedy but nothing worked there so called roadside assistance. They tried to help me telling me where there was a manual brake release but that didnt work. Finally they decided that the car needed to be towed back to the airport and I would have to go back a get another car. They called a Lyft for me and the rest of my party called an Uber so that they could go to the resort to get something to eat, it was now around 7:30 pm. Made it back to the airport and the counter agents acted like i did something wrong to the car and were sort of rude (Or maybe it was just me being frustrated). So after another 45 minutes at the counter getting another car I was finally on my way to my resort. Hopefully everything else on this trip goes smoothly.
