Never been to WDW in December...what should I do?

I just booked a trip for next weekend and I'm only beginning to realize how many holiday festivities are going on around the parks and resorts. This will be my first December trip. When I went in early November the decorations were up in MK but that was about it so far. I'd like to take in some Christmas/holiday-themed experiences while I'm there since it'll be my first December trip. So far I know about:

- Candlelight Processional in Epcot
- Holiday kiosks in Epcot
- Gingerbread house at GF
- Lobby decorations at the various resorts

And that's about it. What am I missing on the list that is a must-see or do in December?

When I was last there in December the Contemporary and beach club had fabulous gingerbread creations... Huge!!

Jingle Cruise at MK (Jungle cruise re-themed for Christmas). Along with the other things listed by everyone else.

Resorts I like to visit for lobby decor:
GF - huge tree & gingerbread house, pianist playing Christmas carols
WL - multistory tree best enjoyed from chairs by huge fireplace
BC - Christmas carousel
AKV - multistory Christmas tree

We're going to Disney for the first time in December too. Aside from all of the big things, I also want to catch the trolley show on Main St. in MK, the Main St. Philharmonic in MK, and the Voices of Liberty at the American Adventure in Epcot. I enjoy these things at any time, but really look forward to seeing them during Christmastime. I've watched Youtube videos of their performances during the holidays and they're great!

If you aren’t doing the party, you might want to plan your MK resort hopping so you can watch the party fireworks. They are easily visible from Poly, GF or CR. A very nice way to end the day.

For the OP,
Wilderness Lodge is an easy and quick bus ride from Magic Kingdom. It is very time efficient to visit it on a MK day as opposed to some other park day.
