Review Never Been To Disney Land?

Hello everyone I am an Australian restaurant owner. Though my family and I have never visited Disney Land, now we are planning to visit Disney Land Paris on New Year's Eve. Being a chef, I become very choosey for both cuisine and beverages. Can anyone tell me which Disney Land's restaurant and bar are the best?
