NETGrocer... What Address for Delivery?

I plan to use net grocer for placing an order for our trip in two weeks... What address, and if any, specific instructions do I give them for delivery to the WLV?

Be sure to address the package to yourself and mark your arrival date clearly on the package. I'd also put the room type you will have (Studio/1BR/2BR)
