Netflix queue getting low! Any suggestions??

I'll second Amity 3's recommendation of every episode of The Sopranos (e.g., the best tv series human beings have been capable of producing--ever), so far.

Carnivale-now defunct HBO series. Weird dark series..depression era about a traveling carnival. Kind of David Lynch-esque.... I loved it.

Last few films we watched:

Thank you for smoking: Very funny in a "Network" sort of way.

Nacho Libre: My 11 year old talked me into this one, and even he thought it was appallingly bad. Jack Black fan or not, this one is absolutely unwatchable

Click: We all really enjoyed this one. I'm not usually an Adam Sandler fan -- can't stand that baby voice he does -- but he wasn't doing that sthtick in this thank God. This movie was funny and touching and it has the added bonus of Chritopher Walken.

X-Men: The Last Stand: Good escapist entertainment and nothing like watching two old hands like Patrick Stewart and Ian McKellen going at it.

Art School ConfidentialL I watched this one by myself and enjoyed it. It was sort of a comedy and a murder mystery rolled into one. If you work in a creative field you will probably like it, otherwise maybe not. It broguth back lots of art school memories for me.

Friends with Money: This movie gets so many things right about female friendships and money and what it feels like to wake up one day and realize you're middle-aged and this is the only life you're going to have -- I really enjoyed it. It was marketed as a comedy, but it's quite sad much of the time. And Jennifer Anniston was terrific in this -- if you think she can't act, see this movie and tell me that. She was very understated, not at all "Rachel" like, more along the lines of her "Good Girl" character.

I have American Dreamz to watch tonight if time allows and will review it after I do.
