Netflix poll- What are you doing?

I was doing 2 DVDs and the streaming. We loved this plan for the price, but the service has been very slow. Instead of it only taking 2-3 days to get a new movie, it was taking 5 or more days.
We have several Redbox places nearby so it isn't that inconvenient to rent from them. With all the free Blockbuster Express codes, I've saved tons of money this summer.
I don't see the value in the cost increase.
