I've heard that Netflix takes a while to credit, so I don't want to seem impatient and file a trouble ticket too soon.
I signed up for Netflix on 10/10/07. (so it's been a month now). I remained a member throughout my trial period and have kept my membership since I really like the program.
Should I file the trouble ticket now or give it some more time?
