Net grocers?

Has anyone ever had net grocers deliver to their resort? if so how does it work and wqas it a good idea? I'm a single parent traveling with 4 children ages 8.10.13 and 16

We used Netgrocer last May when our vacation was 10 days. We ordered about 5 days before and had the package delivered the day "before" we arrived so that it would be waiting for us. Obviously, they only carry non-perishables. It saved a lot of money. We ordered bottles of water (.99 instead of $2.50 at the parks), cereal, pop-tarts, peanut butter, bagels, kid's juice boxes, twizzlers, cookies. It was great and we strongly recommend them. Just find out beforehand whether or not your hotel will charge you for package delivery. We stayed at the Contemporary and I emailed them and they replied that there would be no charge. (Save the email). I was indeed charged $25 (above the shipping costs from Netgrocer). I showed the CM at check-out my email and they waived the cost. So make sure you find out before. I tried this as well, however, it didn't work for me. I looked at their shipping table and it said if the order was placed on Tues. it would be received on Fri. So I spent about 30 minutes online selecting various items. When I got done, the confirmation page indicated I would receive the items no later than the following Mon. (instead of Fri.) This wasn't good for us, so I called customer service and was able to cancel the order because they wouldn't guarantee it would get there by Fri. Since we had a rental car, I figured we'd end up having to go to the grocery story anyway for milk and fruit (perishables). And I thought .99/bottle for water was pricey, too (bought at the store for about $1.99 for 6 pack). So at the time it seemed like a good idea, but I didn't end up using the service.
