I have changed my ADRs when we added people to our party. I did some through Grand Gatherings, and some with the WDW DINE number. I called to confirm all of my resorvations (some required a credit card hold) and had some trouble. They were showing some that I didn't make at all! Some times were different and even with my Conf#s, things just weren't matching up. Now I have a party of 12 and I have planned this whole trip for THEM. I am trying to give them the whole "experience".
I am scared that when we get there, everything will be wrong! There ain't no walk ups for a party of 12 during free dinning!
Is there no way to get some kind of print out? Why don't they store all of your info togther under your name or number and put the GG and WDW DINE all on one sheet?
Is there anything I can do to assure things run smoothly?
