Neopets

Last night, I got a McDonald's Happy Meal.
I got one of the neopets toys.
I went on the website and entered my code. I got to create a Neopet and apparently I got another pet as well.
So what do I do from there?
I have no idea how this all works.

You don't need a code to play on neopets. You make a pet, play the games on the site to win points. Explore the site. You can buy things (like food) for your pets with the points and even take them into the battledome to battle other neopets.
