Fresh off the AP website:

Get into the swim of things! Climb in the clamobile and glide through a sneak preview of The Seas with Nemo & Friends on October 13 - 15 — before its official opening! Check out your favorite Nemo buddies as they join the marine life of the gigantic aquarium in this enchanting new attraction.

Additional Information

Passholders must show their pass and a photo ID for admission.
Passholders may bring up to three guests, all of whom must have Theme Park admission.
Dates and availability are subject to change without notice.
This special Passholder preview is limited to current Passholders only.

Looks like APs and DVCs get in on the special Nemo deal. Too bad our current plans on are to leave on the 12th! :( Wonder how much it would cost to stay an extra day...

And, too bad that we arrive on the 20th as both DVC and AP Guests. Darn it. Oh well, maybe they will have a soft opening opportunity while we are there!

Cool! DD and I will be staying at the Poly after MNSSHP on the 12th - so we will be hopping over to EPCOT after breakfast at Ohanas! I love it when a plan comes together!!!

Typically, after special group soft openings like these, the attractions continue with the soft opening, for everyone, while still fine tuning a bit, working the minor kinks out. I would bet you will be able to enjoy the new attraction while there.

Can anyone tell me if DVC members are able to ride more than once? We will have 11 people with us but with only 2 DVC member cards we will only be able to take 8 people on the ride. Also with previous sneak previews how long are the lines usually?
Thanks

Darn you lucky AP Holders!!! Way to go! :thumbsup2

Let us non-AP peoples know what it is like!

The weekend before we get there.

I'm betting on soft openings in that case.

We have APs and arrive on the 19th. We're only two hours away but I already have four trips planned before the end of the year. I just can't see going up for that. Too bad, I hope they have soft openings.

I arrive on the 21st. Any chance that they'll extend the AP opening?

Hmm... so, do you think they would have any soft openings *before* the AP and DVC openings? We'll be there the few days before. I wonder if we keep walking by the Living Seas and try to talk to CMs, we may find a soft opening opportunity...?

We were able to go on Soarin more than once when they had the previews. Previews vary in how crowded they are. Everest was about 2 hours for the line and they checked ids a few times thoughout the line so you couldn't have 2 groups in line and just move back with the other group later. Soarin our wait was about 45 minutes the first time and less than 15 minutes the second. Stich our wait was less than 5 minutes but we went on the Fridsay for that one. We already had a weekend planned up there for this time and have 9 Ap holders and 6 passholders with us. I am just glad they are letting the AP holders take guests this time too.

We'll be there too. Kinda nice to be involved in a soft opening - never done that before.

Would all of you please take some photos or video of the ride and post reviews when you have a chance? Thanks!

I tried looking up some stuff on this but I am still confused? Is this actually a ride or more like a show ala Muppets, TTBAB, etc.? :confused3

question, its says ap holder and 3 guests. I am an ap holder, dh and DS4 are not. DS and DD (both 2) are not. Any chance since they are under 3 they don't count toward my 3 guests? in other words, can my whole family ride even though we are technically 5? (yes, I know, I'm grasping at straws here).

It's a ride. A typical Disney ride where you sit in little carts (in this case "clammobiles" and it takes you through. There is a lot of computer animation. There are 3-dimensional structures/props in the ride combined with computer animation. Rumor has it it that the effects are similar to the Haunted Mansion. But obviously with a Nemo theme. :)

3 guest would be those of any age I am guessing so I would suspect your whole family can't ride together unless you upgrade someone else's ticket to an AP.

here is a dumb question, DH and I have annual passes but our 2 nieces do not...can we take them with us? Or should I give my pass to one niece and let DH go with her and will they let us back on again with the other niece using my pass??
