I see you are from New Jersey, I would think you probably have been to the beach...have you ever noticed 2 beach houses connected together? Thats a twin home.One building, each half is owned by separate people, split right down the middle.

They are called duplexes here . And townhouses are connected too...OMG..I do NOT miss that!!

I would take pics of her planters (with date and time stamp). Then move her planters on the ground on her side of the wall and hang your divider!!
Sorry you have to deal with such a PIA neighbor!

Start cheering and clapping everytime you hear her Give her a round of applause! LOL!

And when all is done shout out scores or critique their performance:

"Hey, that was only a 5" or "Last night when there were 3 of you it was far more entertaining"

Blasting the Benny Hill theme or the sound of a crying baby straight at the wall could be fun and a real mood killer.

There is little you can really do without making it worse for yourself so you might as well at least have a little fun playing a game of one-up.
