Neighbor's Mail

OMG I hate when I get those things that aren't for me because A. they tempt me a little and B. I don't want my mailman to think I'm perverted ;)

We never followed through on it but we got our neighbors "ahem catalogs and wares" all the time so we would take them over to them and tell him to stop subscribing to so many. I mean 1 was enough! *By the way we were really good friends* so anyway one day I got my mail and there was a "female product" and a catalog. I told him that night they might get punk'd and I'd undo the "package and the catalog" and staple the pages onto his white picket fence and place the "package item" somewhere so all the neighbors could see it.

Interestingly enough after I threatened that......they pretty well stopped arriving at my house at least. :lmao:

Darn now its going to bug me trying to remember who that was. It was a funny story too!!:rotfl:

It was me!!:lmao: :lmao: Not to worry, most of those couples have divorced and moved OUT of my neighborhood.....:thumbsup2

Gee that's a surprise. :rotfl2:

OMG, the thought of you, Mal, delivering the catalog in the middle of night and having the flood lights pop on has me practically peeing in my pants. :rotfl: I say dress head to toe in black if you take on this mission.

Put post-it notes on the good pages to flag them and stick it in his mailbox.

I thought that umm kinda stuff had to be in an envelope or something? Or the mailman was too busy looking at it to notice he put it in the wrong box. I would make sure an adult always get the mail for a while at your house.

No, I don't think that was me. But it sounds like a thread I would have read! :rotfl:

Oh, sure. I bet you DO live in a swinging neighborhood, Mal! :rotfl2: Don't try to deny it.

I get other people's mail all the time. Well, nothing like THAT but, you know, regular mail. I just write "Not at this address" and leave it in the mailbox or drive past the post office and drop it off listed "Delivered to wrong address."

Yes just put it back in the mail with delivered to wrong address written on it or even nothing just put it back in. It really isn't any of your business what kind of mail your neighbor gets! I would not want my neighbors "censoring" my mail and deciding what I deserved to get.

I certainly agree it isn't any of my business what kind of mail my neighbor gets. I didn't steal his mail; it was delivered to my house. I'm not censoring his mail nor did I ever have the thought he didn't deserve to get it. No idea where any of that came from.

Oh, no...I'm going to make DH do it. :rotfl:
