negotiation on prices

Is it possible to negotiate and get a 20-30 % discount on wedding packages when discussing with wedding planner in Walt Disney world or Disneyland ?

If so , please share your successful experience. I am from Canada. So when i do negotiate with the planner, i need to do it on the phone .

We got married in MArch, and as far as I know... there was no negotiations. Disney has set prices, but good luck with that - let us know what happens!!!
