Oh my! This stuff is the best. You slice it thinly, and crisp it on a buttered cast iron griddle. Then, eat it on fresh bread. MMM, mmmm,mmm. (I'm about to go cook late night snack #2...)
My mother brought me some from SC when she came down for Thanksgiving. I grew up eating it. It is the be all, end all of liver products. I know that liver grosses out some folks, but if you get a chance to try "Neese's"....yummm. It's good with grits, too!
