I'm traveling in a November. My 60 day window doesn't open until September. If I login to MDE under past pass, by my name and the kids name it says " needs park admission". If I click, it brings me to a scanner to scan my tickets.
I bought a pkg and it says I have 5 day tickets under my reservations, so I'm confused. Anyone know if this is normal? I just want to make sure there aren't any hiccups when my window opens. Thx

Its likely because your "tickets" can only be used when your package starts. The tickets are not like normal tickets where you could book a FP+ for September 2nd for instance and go to the parks.

Someone else might comment but I would guess this is the issue.

Could also be that their systems or down or have crashed.

When we went a few days ago we got my sister an AP at DTD, and after that we couldn't copy over any FP's. It also said "Needs Park admission", even though payment was made on the AP about 2 weeks in advance and it was just linked at DTD. We inquired about it at Epcot and we were informed that earlier that day the entire system crashed and it was trying to catch back up. Took about 3 hours to get it linked and by then had to rearrange all the FP's since by that time most of the attractions we needed to copy over were out of FP's.

What are you supposed to see before your fast pass window opens on this screen?

We are going in November as well and I noticed yesterday in MDE things had been changed in the FP+ area. I used to be able to click and it would take me to a countdown page telling me how many days are left until I can book the FP+. Now it shows only me on that page and it is as though I can book FP+ now but it will not let me click on there to do it. I assume and hope that it is just a glitch in the system that probably happened when the entire system was down the other day and it will fix itself when my booking window opens up.

To OP. This is normal if your paperless tickets are attached to your resort reservation. If you want assurance, go to the website, on the MDE main page, try to choose FP+ option which will be locked. When you click it, the pop up should say you are eligible to pick FPs on Xxxxx date. X = your 60 day mark.

This was happening to me, until I purchased my mvmcp tickets. Now it brings me to the fp+ site and will even let me book fp+s for dates up to 30 days from now. So strange, but I'm worried this will screw up my 60 day mark for my November reservations- as in it may not let me book 60 days in advance and will stick to the 30 day window I'm currently seeing. :confused3

Ok...I just did this and it says we see x has tickets, and you are ready to make fastpass selections 30 days in advance....huh, why 30? It does not give me a date though

Never mind....I see it. It does give me a date. I guess I thought I could view the fastpass page, but I guess I can't. Thank you for your help
