Hello, this July-August I am heading to Disney with my sister(19) and my friend (16), I am 16 also, and another 16 year old may be with us. Now I was wondering, to do things such as mini speed boats and the like do we need power of attorney letters or whatever? Also can ultimate park hopper be added to only certain room keys? And can the person not have the same last name as the room owner? THanks :)

Can't answer you on the boat rentals, but the last name thing isn't a problem. My husband/daughter share one last name -- I never bothered to change mine. Even though all our keys have my name on it we have never been questioned when he signs for charges, etc...

Hint - whoever is paying for the room may want to get keys that don't have charging privileges for the other members of your party!

I think as far as the ultimate park hoppers go, everyone has to have it.
