Needed an Excel Guru

I'm trying to work on an excel doc I want it create a graph of a survey of questions. Disney related of course

So say I have a column with the title Splash Mountain with the value random 1-5

how do I create a pie/bar chart showing the number who picked say 1 then 2 and so on....

eg. Splash mountain

4
3
3
2 now I want to show of the total 5 number 2was picked twice
3twice and 4 once

Does that make sense? Can anyone help?

You can probably do what you want using the top menu "Data" --> "Pivot Table and Pivot Chart Report" and then follow the wizard instructions and answer its questions. Pretty simple to do a basic table or chart - you can Google all sorts of examples and more detailed instructions, but I think it would fit your needs.

It sounds like you would want to do your pie chart off a countif statements or use a pivot table.
Countifs are very easy to write you can write one for each possible result and then chart the results
