Okay, first question and I'm new here, but have been reading a lot so far and your discussions have helped me tremendously for our trip! We leave for the World on Wed Nov 23 and leave Thursday Dec 1. My Disney account says I can make ADR's on May 27, but is that correct? Is that the 180 days plus 10? Or should I be able to make them now? Help!

Our party consists of me, my DH, my mom, and our four kids, girl will be 20 months old at the time, girl 7, boy 7, and boy 9.

Secondly, here's my tentative plan below for ADR's and dining, I have some blank spots, PLEASE give me your input! :)

May 27 is the date I come up with for your 180 mark.

The 180+10 is not the same as 190 (even if math tells you otherwise!) 180+10 means that you can book up to 10 days worth of dining at 180 days before your date of check-in. Normally, without a Disney reservation, you can only book up to 180 days before date of dining.

So, basically, instead of only being able to book for 11/23 on 5/27 (180 days), you'll be able to book for 11/23 through 12/2.

See my comments inline below...

Wednesday Nov 23 (our flight gets in at 6:31, do you think we will have time for dinner? We're staying at All Star Music). - Expect around 2hrs from arrival to room. Normally, in my experience, it's been closer to 90minutes, but 2 hrs gives a good cushion.
9pm, the Plaza (might as well hit the ground running, right?) - What that said above, I'd think this may be cutting it a bit close as you'd still have to travel to the park which may take some time. I'd actually consider planning for CS at the food court at ASM if anything, especially this late in the evening. I tend not to plan reservations on my arrival day any earlier than one meal later than my arrival (e.g. if I arrive around noon, I'll plan a 7pm ish dinner).

Thursday/Thanksgiving Day
am Main Street Bakery (snack)
lunch Pecos Bill Cafe
dinner Liberty Tree Tavern 6:30

Friday Nov 25
bfast in our room
lunch ?? (we're in AK) - Flame Tree BBQ is a perennial favorite around these parts. BBQ isn't my thing so I have no experience there, but everyone else seems to like it.
dinner Coral Reef 6:30

Saturday Nov 26
bfast in room
lunch Toy Story pizza planet
dinner Tusker house (we are planning on the MK this evening/afternoon. will it be too much to leave, go to AK, then back to MK?) - I'd consider something else here, either at MK or at an MK resort. If not looking for characters, Kona, The Wave, or Grand Floridian Cafe would all work. If looking for characters, you also have Crystal Palace, Chef Mickey's, and 1900 Park Fare.

Sunday Nov 27
Seaworld
dinner Ohana 6:30

Monday Nov 28
bfast in room
lunch Whispering Canyon cafe 11:30
dinner Rose and Crown 6:30

tuesday Nov 29
bfast in room
lunch ?? (we're in epcot) - Sunshine Seasons (CS at The Land) has a great variety, alternatively both Tangerine Cafe and La Cantina de San Angel are usually quite good.
dinner Les Chefs de France (6:30) is this appropriate for our kids? do you think they will like it?

Wed Nov 30
bfast in room
lunch ?? (we're in DHS) - I don't do CS over at DHS (well, I don't really do CS anywhere :p, but that's beside the point), just nothing jumps out at me. May just be a "let's see where we are when we're hungry" type of thing. See the note for Tony's for more ideas...
dinner Tony's Town Square (6:00) we have tickest to Mickeys VMCP - I'd actually look into making this a bit earlier. A 6pm meal will have you out between 7 and 7:30, potentially missing out on some of the actual party stuff you've paid for. If you feel you need a TS here, then make it for no later than 5-5:30. Alternatively, plan TS for lunch (since the CS options are a bit lacking at DHS anyway) and do CS for dinner here to take better advantage of that extra party time.

Thursday Dec am only
??? - Depending on park plans (if any), I'd look for either Chef Mickey's, 1900 Park Fare (though with 3 boys it may not be ideal), or Cape May Cafe (a bit tougher to get to without a car though). I'm not good at breakfasts other than character ones though, since I don't really eat breakfast...

Thanks for your help!!!!
