Need Webbie HELP!!

Okay, I was SO happy to get my $50 in mypoints webbies! I added $1 to my account, so I have $51. I tried to get a $50 Disney Store GC and was declined!

I called Webcertificate to have the $1 hold removed and was told that Disney Store was putting the $1 hold PLUS $53 through and that is the reason it was declined?!?

Why would they charge me $53 for a $50 GC? All that was on the checkout page was $50, no service fee or shipping. What did I do wrong?

Well...the Webcert rep suggested adding more $ to my account if I wanted to complete the transaction. So that is what I did. And it went through, but sure enough, I was charged $53. I don't think I'll be getting any more of these! I don't want to lose dollars! I think from now on I'll just use my points for toys r us or restaurant gc's that I can use without a "penalty."
