Need Update for nee rides, things to do since 2016

we have not been to Disney for 2 years and are coming back for 5 nights for the Memorial weekend.

We are so excited with the changes in animal kingdom.

Anything new we should do in each park?

I noticed even the firework is now different.

We are splurging to stay at Poly’s bungalow. Looking forward to any input you can provide.
