Need trip posting help PLEASE

Seems like some of the reports are really long, but I am running out of space rather quickly. Do I need to change something, in order to get more typing space?

Bchamp:

Do you have a word processing system on your computer? I usually type up my report on Wordpad THEN copy and paste it to the board.

It is also safer because you cannot lose it that way if there's a glitch or something (believe me, I've learned the HARD way!)
